Through our Art curriculum we aim to fascinate, motivate, and challenge pupils, preparing them with the understanding and capabilities to experiment, innovate, and produce their own artistic creations. As our pupils progress through the school, they should be able to think critically and develop a deeper understanding of art and design.
Pupils have the opportunity to explore a range of artists and cultures, to develop their ideas, and understand the historical and cultural development of a range of art forms.
Through the use of a range of tools, media and materials, we aim to show our pupils that art can take many forms and inspiration can be pulled from anywhere.
