After School Clubs 

At West Green Primary School we are keen to provide a variety of after school activities for our children. 

We cannot guarantee all children will get a place in the club they want. If a child is offered a place they will receive an offer letter which must be signed and returned. Any one who did not get into a club will be put down on a waiting list should spaces become available.

An EXAMPLE of clubs run in previous terms is shown below: 

Invite only clubs: This term we are running a range of invite only clubs to help children with specific areas of learning. 

Please Note: After School Clubs work in different ways, and so we cannot always guarantee that we can cover them if staff are absent. Some clubs are run on a voluntary basis and others are services that we pay for. All clubs run by staff members are unpaid and they run them out of goodwill. We sometimes have to cancel them at short notice so parents should be prepared to find alternative arrangements if this is the case. We will always try to give as much notice as possible.

Club Fees & Financial Support

We are running some clubs that are free to participate, however a few are run by external companies and incur a charge. It is important that these companies receive their fees, otherwise these types of clubs would not be possible. If your child would like to take part in an after school club but due to your financial position you are unable to cover all or part of the cost please do not hesitate to contact us
